What Makes Our Wrist Pins Better?

Precision CNC machined titanium alloys.

We use only domestically supplied premium aerospace titanium alloy sonically tested, solution heat treated and certified to proper metallurgy.

Manufactured from centerless ground straight bar stock titanium alloys (not coil rolled) that will not bend or warp in demanding high stress engine applications.

Tapered or straight wall designs engineered to withstand the pounding of today's high performance race engines.

All OD surfaces centerless ground and micro finished to an Ra of 3 or less.

DLC coated with Ionbond coating. The best, most proven DLC coating on the market. Not all DLC coatings are the same. DLC stands for Diamond Like Carbon coating. DLC coatings consist of a vapor deposition of carbon, diamond and silicon. Casidiam is only 80 millionths thick, but extremely hard with high lubricity. An outstanding coating for wrist pins. This is the real stuff!!

Stealth Standard Pin:
Recommended for drag race applications or applications that use round wire lock. Tapered wall design in all O.D. sizes .9270 and greater. Straight wall design for O.D. wall sizes under .9270". Available in stock in most standard sizes. Custom orders available; allow three weeks for delivery.

Stealth Endurance Pin:
Recommended for all endurance applications and all applications that use round wire lock. Pin is fitted with a tooled steel wear ring on pin ends to protect from wire lock wear. This design is currently being used in many venues of automobile drag racing, endurance racing, motorcycle racing and 2 and 4 stroke karting.

Fit note:
Pins not recommended for street applications. Steel and titanium rods must have bushing on small end. Normal pin-to-piston and pin-to-rod fit tolerances of .001" to .0015". Titanium wrist pins can’t be used with needle bearings.
