What Makes Our NBC ONE Valve Seats Better?

Beryllium Free is non-carcinogenic.

This copper alloy has excellent Thermal conductivity (see chart below).

Nickel and silicone enhanced for toughness against our MICRO-PVD coating. As the engine is initially run a nikasil type matrix forms on the seat surface. The nickel silicon matrix is very hard, but it is comparatively ductile. The copper composition of the seat acts as cushion to deter valve bounce.

Custom sizes are no problem.

High thermal conductivity, High Hardness, resistance to corrosion and wear.
