Products that traditionally have required extensive machining after forging now can be produced with minimal machining through Stealth's proven near-net forging processes. These products include rocker arms, main caps and connecting rods, along with other high performance automotive parts, aerospace and medical products.

Stealth has developed exotic alloy expertise through years of machining experience to produce parts that hold extremely high tolerances with minimal run outs. We use the finest DAEWOO CNC precision tuning centers, FADAL 3-axis machining centers, along with a host of other lathes and mills, to achieve high tolerance production parts. |

Stealth has partnered with the coating industry's finest companies to offer a variety of coatings to achieve a wide variety of performance results. These performance enhancement coatings include thermal and plasma sprayed coatings for wear and impact durability enhancement, DLC coatings to improve wear and lubricity, and nitride coatings to improve wear and mechanical properties of exotic alloys. We have the technical and applied experience to solve many wear and durability issues. |
