New MICRO-PVD® Valve

Our MICRO-PVD® Valve surfaces are super finished to remove stress risers and create a high gloss surface finish. All surfaces RA 4 max micro inches. These valves have a PVD coating that protects the surfaces from oxidation and alpha case forming at temperatures up to 1650 F.

New Non-Berylium Copper Valve Seats

Nickel and silicone enhanced for toughness against our MICRO-PVD® coating. As the engine is initially run a nikasil type matrix forms on the seat surface. The nickel silicon matrix is very hard, but it is comparatively ductile. The copper composition of the seat acts as cushion to deter valve bounce. *Recommended with MICRO-PVD valves

New Titanium Spring Retainer

Spring retainer wear has been one of the most difficult problems to solve in endurance racing. Stealth has developed a new hard coat retainer that substantially reduces, and in some cases, totally eliminates spring retainer wear. Stealth hard coating combined with our aerospace material produces a lightweight extremely durable retainer. Problem solved!

New Cannulated Hollow Stem Valves

Stealth offers the latest technology in cannulated (hollow stem) titanium valves.

Cannulated Features include:

Can be produced with or without hardened steel tips.

Solid construction (not hollowed) under keeper groove for maximum strength.

No weld flash in hollowed area of stem that creates stess risers.

Radiused corners on all internal corner surfaces.

Internal chamber is constructed in a vacuum. No potential for gas expansion.

Cannulated valves available in 11/32, 5/16, 7mm and 6mm stem sizes.

Weight reduction of 12 % over solid construction valves.

Available in all small block and Pro Stock sizes.

Cannulation can be added to existing solid stem valves.
